Online learning experience is a completely different scenario than a physical classroom but online teaching became a mandatory teaching method in the catastrophic situation of CORONAVIRUS. In this teaching method, students can even get a chance to study from the teachers who are physically thousands away from them. Discussing the benefits and limitations in online mode the side effects of online have to be seen very little.
Studying online provides flexible timing and less budgeted learning for students. They can learn about their desired course and subjects at a suitable time. This gives a great opportunity for learners to gain new skills and strengthen their knowledge level by staying in their place.
However, online courses give more emphasis on the theoretical part of learning and there are less teacher and student interaction. It lacks the practical aspects of learning and encourages passive learning. This is very obvious that students find it less effective learning than in the classroom. Many students perceive this as a beneficial aid in learning while others think that they are not as effective as classroom teaching.
Conducting physical classes takes time. Because of this, students have to lose the academic year. Therefore, teachers and faculty should take appropriate steps to educate children by making people feel positive about online education and the future of our country in the present time.
Students who are getting education online are not fully educated. That is, the main drawback of teaching-learning activities such as bringing the student to the classroom and preparing him for learning is the biggest drawback. By training teachers and educators on preparing the student for the online process, students in public sector institutions can also be provided a good education. In the fast-changing current situation, humanity may face such a crisis in the future.
So, intellectuals should choose this online teaching as an alternative way and prepare students and teachers.
If the nature of online teaching is fully understood and implemented then this teaching system can be mentioned towards a fundamental change in the education system of India. Education is provided to children of various classes in our country through the common sector i.e. Private and government sectors.
Children of educated parents are fully successful in providing education to their children in this online teaching system. But children of illiterate parents in rural areas are failing to utilize online teaching.
There is no doubt that the three important parts of building the future of the student are the parent, teacher and the student himself. The role of parents is significant in comparison with this online teaching process.
Online classes are generally more theoretical in nature. They lack general guidance and discussion on some other important topics. We can expect our intellectuals to fully extend the subjects of teaching tools, textbook synthesis and curriculum which are part of the teaching- learning program in the present time of online education. Students lack life skills, which are part of education, as well as the direct sharing of one's feelings, such as friendship, which is very important for social life.
There is no doubt that if academics expand the limitations of this online teaching and strive to achieve more success then online will be more beneficial.
Therefore, the motivation of education is also important for both parents and students in this online system.
So, if the government can motivate the students and their parents to bring the students to the classroom by explaining the inevitability of teaching online, teachers and students who want to develop the country can be fully involved in shaping up. Similarly, you can take advantage of technology and be at the forefront of building a developed India.
